Do You Need To Exercise?
Physical training is good, but training for godliness is much better, promising benefits in this life and in the life to come." OK, so physical training is good for me, but I can't in any way ignore training for godliness either. I can't simply do the one and not the other. In fact, I need to do both, having an emphasis on the training for godliness. When it comes to physical training I'm often concerned when I see the state our nation. With millions of people dependent on medications and obesity affecting a growing percentage of the population. People need to get out and start exercising. As I'm strapping on my running shoes right now, I know that my run this morning is going to profit me, even if it is only a little. Plus I love how it feels when I arrive home after having completed it. I challenge you to get out and do some exercise. Whether it's walking, biking, running, or something else, it will be so good for you :)
