God's Fully Aware of Your Situation

Sometimes I think it's easy for people who are going through a trial or test to think that God isn't aware of it. Maybe they think He can't see their situation or hear their cries. Just because we go through challenges and trials doesn't mean that we've been abandoned. When the Israelites were being treated harshly by the Egyptians in Exodus 3, we should be encouraged by what verse 7 says, "And the Lord said, I have surely seen the affliction of My people who are in Egypt, and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters and oppressors; for I know their sorrows andsufferings and trials." Two things that should comfort us here are the words "seen" and "heard." God does see what's going on and does hear our cries and requests. Plus, Hebrews 13:8 reminds us that God is the same yesterday, today and forever. So if He was seeing and hearing yesterday, then He's still doing it today. I can't explain why each of us go through challenges or trials, but what I do know is that He's with us as we go through them. And yes, He does see and hear everything that's going on :)
