Yes, this is my first Sunday blog post ever, and the only reason I'm doing it today is because I'm home laying low after minor surgery on Friday. It's very seldom that I ever miss a Sunday church service. Have you ever wondered why you go to Sunday services? I go not because I have to, but because I love to and want to. Why you may ask? Now don't get me wrong, I love participating in worship and hearing encouraging messages that strengthen my faith and help my daily walk with the Lord. But most of all I love the people, my friends, the Body of Christ. Today I sit here at home and miss my friends, those I love being around. Those whose lives I've seen God touch. Those whose lives I've seen God do miracles in and bless abundantly. Not being around them truly makes you miss them. I'm so thankful that I'll see them next week and so thankful the Lord has blessed me with such incredible friends, brothers and sisters in Christ :)
