My Wife is Amazing!

Last night I went on a date of sorts with my beautiful wife to the Harvest Church's annual Graduation Banquet. It's a formal event where we honor and celebrate the accomplishments of the year's graduates. Everyone dresses up and looks amazing. As I was with my wife last night I couldn't help but think how blessed I am to be married to her. I feel like I'm the most blessed man in the world. There's something about being married to your best friend. In fact it's very difficult to put into words. The Bible says in Proverbs 18:22 that, "The man who finds a wife finds a treasure,  and he receives favor from the Lord." I must admit I truly found a treasure in my wife! We've been married for over twenty years now and think our marriage continues to get better and better with every year. On nights like last night there's no-one else I'd rather be with. Being with her is incredible! We live in a culture where the number of divorces is staggering. Can you imagine how things would be different if husbands viewed their wife as a treasure? If they served her and lay down their life for her? A wife is definitely worth doing this for. Thanks go out to my wife for being an incredible woman. I'm blessed beyond measure and am so in love with her :) Love you babe!
